alot of tuition these few weeks meant every free moment was spent sleeping, or yearning to shop. today i finally got down to making mels birthday cake in cupcake form, and I MISSED ME BAKING TIME. sigh. i also cleared my baking rack so now i know where EVERYTHING is, SO i hope this means more baking in the near future !

call it end-summer blues, but despite the 8am lecture and eyes so tired theyre burning holes into my brain, i cant make myself switch off the lights and go to bed. positively suicidal considering the long day i have ahead, ending with dinner at chongs’ afterwards, but quite simply, I DO NOT WANT SCHOOL TO START. not because i hate school, but because omg this summer the inertia is overwhelming. plus today ended with a kickass Shabby Princess Pre-Birthday Picnic at the gardens. happy 21st pellie, may your wisdom teeth damages heal overnight and you be able to masticate again. to the 28th, though oft-times we felt alot fragmented, but i am glad we lasted♥ this, despite varying commitments and characters, means so much to me, so thank you

those lazy hazy crazy days of summer

to games (beans, taboo, cranium, charades, badminton !), bumming, getting drunk and drinking, picnics, rooftops, sleepovers, flowers and birthdays. i am wayy too uninspired to write properly right now, terribly sad that school is starting in a matter of days, but holidays this year really had been a blast, i wouldnt have it any other way♥

oyasumi, in japanese, means a holiday, as in a short vacation from work and ordinary routine. however, as part of the phrase “oyasumi nasai”, it is also a salutation used before sleep: good night

my delirium

id always wanted to be someone else- skinnier, richer, taller, cleverer, BETTER. all these obsessive ljhopping and fbstalking sometimes makes it easier for me to live vicariously, othertimes makes me want to hurl from not wanting to be the way i am anymore. cannot wait for the day when i finally stuff it and be grateful for what i am/have.

i know what is wrong with this month. too many birthdays ! s/u’s previously, a/drea’s on monday, k/are’s today and v/icky’s coming sunday. every birthday means freaking hell alot of moolahs on cake and present and all, plusplus happy occasions often call for new clothes

so i am terribly broke now. this SUCKS
